Better Than Anti-Aging Cream!

Everyone knows that whole foods are extremely important for fitness and anti-aging. But did you know that the natural sugars in fresh vegetable juices act as restorers and builders, and are best taken in the afternoon? Fruit juices are cleansers and are best taken in the morning.

Better Than Anti-aging Face Cream!

I think fresh carrot, grape, celery, apple, cabbage, and beet juices are better than anti-aging face cream! Add a 3 day fasting with only these products (juice fasting) plus a gallon of water each day and you will begin to feel younger, more energetic.

I wish for you to be in really great shape for you and for Christ. We have to take care of ourselves because those of us who are Christians, we are the body of Christ. It's that simple. Consider this 3 day fast as your first step toward better health, body, mind and spirit. Make it a spiritual fast. How? All you have to do is pray during the 3 days to make it a spiritual fast. You pray now don't you? Well just add juice fasting and you are adding a powerful component to your prayers.

If you understand fasting in this simple way, you will think it's better than anti-aging face cream too! Being with God changes our countenance. Remember how Moses's face was radiant after being with God on Mount Sinai? Do you think he was eating big meals during that time? I doubt it. What do you bet he was eating just fruit, vegetables and water, if anything!

In the Old and New Testament and throughout the entire history of the church, spiritual fasting was common. Today, it's uncommon. That's not good. If you don't agree, why not leave a comment. Oh, I almost forgot. If you must buy anti-aging face cream (and I, for one, must buy them - I can't help it!) So if you're like me, then please know what you're doing. Find products with retinoids (Vitamin A derivatives) that are also combined with Vitamins C and E. These natural ingredients will increase the production of your outer skin layers. (of course, these are abundant in whole fruits and veggies :)

Increasing skin turnover normalizes the production of new cells. That's normal. Mal-nutrition slows that down. Increasing the production of new cells in the outer skin layers will get rid of sunlight damage much faster, letting your skin breathe.

Baby boomers are getting FIT with anti-aging products. It is a multi-million dollar business. Why? Because we want to look good and feel good and we are more than willing to pay for it.

Be careful though. Know about what you are buying. Knowledge is much more than power. It is essential to baby boomer health and wellness to educate yourself on nutrition. We must supplement our diets but what with? It depends.

Anti-aging begins at the cellular level. In order to do that you must feed the cells. With what? Of course everyone knows that whole foods are best. But will you do it? Will you buy whole foods and eat them? Organic whole foods are expensive. Most of us want something a little less time consumming for a lot less money.
